Salary: Market Related Sun International is looking for a Senior Specialist: Organisational Change & Culture to lead the design and implementation of complex change and culture interventions. The role will drive change adoption, conduct culture and readiness assessments, engage stakeholders and use data-driven insights to embed desired behaviours and deliver sustainable organisational transformation.

Job Description

The Senior Specialist: Organisational Change & Culture applies specialised expertise to enable successful organisational change and cultural transformation across Sun International. The role designs and implements change strategies, diagnoses adoption and cultural challenges, manages stakeholder engagement and develops targeted interventions that embed desired behaviours and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Relevant Degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline [Required]
• PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent [Required]
• CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) [Preferred]
• Postgraduate qualification in Organisational Development or Business Administration [Preferred]
• Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 [Preferred]

Experience:

• 8–10 years’ experience in organisational change management and culture transformation
• Deep specialist experience designing and implementing complex change initiatives
• Experience supporting large-scale organisational transformation
• Experience developing and implementing change management plans and interventions
• Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments
• Experience in culture diagnostics and the design of culture interventions
• Experience developing change communication, training and resistance management interventions
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders to drive change adoption
• Experience using data, analytics and feedback to measure change effectiveness and adoption
• Exposure to hospitality, gaming or entertainment environments is advantageous
