Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job Description

• The Talent Acquisition Consultant II is responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• They ensure a superior candidate experience and oversee the offer process.
• Additionally, they contribute to acquisition projects and initiatives, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers, and take on more complex recruitment assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle. Proactively identify and research potential candidates. Utilize creative sourcing channels. Ensure a superior candidate experience.
• Oversee and negotiate the offer process.
• Contribute to acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop high-calibre talent pools.
• Handle more complex recruitment assignments.

Qualifications

• Related HR Diploma, Degree or Postgrad professional qualification
• 5+ years relevant Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience in delivery of the full recruitment process
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Strong stakeholder relationship management
