Drive delivery of tasks and align with various teams and stakeholders to facilitate decisions and deliver an agreed solution
Help drive the closure of gaps in the architecture and create supporting positioning papers
Manage and deliver innovation and business-as-usual initiatives within scope, budget, and timelines
Monitor and report on delivery progress and delays
Prepare weekly and monthly reports and dashboards
Ensure project governance aligned to methodologies and processes
Ensure end-to-end project execution according to strategy
Deal with escalated project issues and conflicts
Ensure design alignment with architecture road maps
Act as liaison for integration points between applications and internal areas
Manage risks and audit findings
Manage support and maintenance, application health, and stability
Establish relationships with stakeholders and vendors
Conduct prioritisation and planning sessions
Ensure adherence to IT change and release governance
Coordinate with stakeholders to close out tasks on time
