Senior Traffic Manager, Cape Town (all genders)

Your role

Based in our Cape Town studio, you will oversee workflow management across our advertising and production teams, ensuring projects move seamlessly from briefing to delivery.

• Manage scheduling, prioritization, and allocation of creative and production resources across multiple projects.
• Track progress, flag risks, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Act as the central communication hub between creative, account management, and production teams.
• Implement and refine traffic systems to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, resource utilization, and upcoming capacity needs.
• Mentor junior traffic coordinators and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Contribute to production planning and assist with basic production tasks when required.

Your profile

• Degree or diploma in Project Management, Media, Advertising, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in traffic management within an advertising, creative, or production environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing studio workflows and resource allocation.
• Strong administrative and organizational background.
• Experience collaborating with creative and production teams.
• Production knowledge or hands‑on skills considered advantageous.
• Clear, confident communication skills and ability to liaise professionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Skilled at anticipating challenges and implementing proactive solutions.
• Familiarity with project management tools, scheduling software, and production workflows.
• Proven leadership ability to guide, motivate, and support team members
