Job description

Position outputs

Control cost effectively on all types of warranty claims
Control suspense and debtors’ accounts effectively
Approve and process warranty claims and payments
Provide expert technical support for Warranty resolution
Provide feedback on warranty issues to business
Achieve warranty balance scorecard targets and KPI’s.

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Artisan. (Mechanic in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) with minimum 3 years post-apprentice/learnership experience.
Applicable product knowledge.
Basic financial management skills.
Sound business communication skills – managerial and technical report writing skill essential.
Sound interpersonal relationship skills.
Computer Literate (MS Office & SIS ET).
Problem solving and failure analysis skills.
Warranty claim experience is an added advantage.
