Banksia Health is a fast-growing healthcare group building and operating technology-enabled healthcare services across Australia. Our businesses combine telehealth, clinical care, patient support, healthcare operations, and treatment fulfilment.
As part of our continued growth, we manage a portfolio of Australian property valuation websites and are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Outreach & Link Building Assistant to join our team.
The Opportunity
This is a research, administration, and communication-focused role supporting our SEO and digital marketing activities.
You will manage our broken-link and resource-page outreach program by researching relevant websites, identifying link-building opportunities, maintaining accurate tracking data, and sending professional outreach emails.
This is not a technical web development role.
We provide full training on our systems, tools, and processes, so prior SEO experience is not essential. We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong written English, and the ability to follow structured processes consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build prospect lists using search operators and SEO tools to identify relevant resource pages across accountant, solicitor, SMSF, broker, and property websites.
- Verify that links are genuinely broken or outdated and ensure pages are topically relevant.
- Match each prospect with the appropriate replacement resource, including our valuation checklists and guides.
- Score and qualify prospects using a defined framework based on relevance, authority, replacement fit, and contactability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospecting spreadsheets.
- Research contact names and email addresses using email-finder tools.
- Send personalised, professional outreach emails using approved templates.
- Manage scheduled follow-ups and accurately record responses and outcomes.
- Provide weekly reporting on prospects identified, outreach completed, follow-ups conducted, and links secured.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong written English and professional email communication skills.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organised and able to follow documented processes (SOPs).
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of consistently meeting weekly targets.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and SEO, with a willingness to learn.
Desirable (Training Provided)
- SEO, link building, digital PR, or outreach.
- Basic HTML and CSS.
- Ahrefs, SE Ranking, or similar SEO platforms.
- Email-finder tools such as Hunter, Apollo, or Snov.io.
- CRM systems or outreach tracking tools.
- Property, legal, accounting, or finance industries.
