We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team in Rosebank and help drive our global organic search strategy.

Job description

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.
• Conduct keyword research using tools such as Ahrefs and identify new content opportunities.
• Perform competitor analysis and identify gaps in content and search performance.
• Optimise existing website content and support the publishing of new SEO-focused content.
• Implement effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Monitor and analyse SEO performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
• Build and maintain SEO reports, providing insights and recommendations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI Optimization (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to improve user experience and search rankings.

Minimum requirements

• 3 years' experience in an SEO-focused role.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and organic search best practices.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Ahrefs
  • SEMrush
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Search Console
  • Looker Studio (advantageous)
• Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, content strategy, and backlink management.
• Knowledge or practical experience with AI Optimization (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) will be highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
