Service Advisor - Cape Town Multifranchise

Role Objective

Multi Franchise Cape Town is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic aftersales team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional, efficient, and exceptional service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Minimum Requirements

✔ 2–3 years' experience as a Service Advisor

✔ Computer literate (MS Office)

✔ Valid driver's licence and own transport

✔ Technical qualification advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer service bookings and enquiries
• Prepare estimates and service documentation

• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate service records and invoicing
• Promote dealership services and special offers
• Work closely with the service, parts and sales teams
