Job description
The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For – Making bookings
– Booking in vehicles
– Obtaining authorizations form fleet companies
– Doing quotes for work and obtaining authorization for additional work
– Updating customers on progress of their vehicle
– Explaining work performed to customer
– Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
– Assisting customers with enquiries
– Processing orders, invoices and payments
– Ensure franchise standards are met
