Role Purpose
To manage all operational, commercial, financial, technical, and customer service activities of the Eazi Service & Repair Centre in Pretoria. The role is responsible for profitability, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee performance, safety and growth.
Organisational Positioning
Direct Reports: Service & Repair Centre employees (20+), workshop and operational personnel.
Key Interfaces: Customers, Suppliers, Commercial Team, Finance, HR, Operations, HSE.

Experience: 5 years’ Service & Repair Centre management; 5 years operations management; logistics/technical environment experience; fleet management; managing 20+ employees.
