SERVICE CHAMPION/ CONSULTANT

Thamahane Group (Pty) Ltd

R5000 p/m

Job Purpose

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused *Service Champion* to assist customers, manage applications and documentation, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with enquiries and applications.
Process and verify customer documentation.
Manage and process customer mandates accurately.
Follow up on outstanding documents and customer requests.
Capture and maintain accurate customer information.
Handle customer queries and escalate issues where necessary.
Provide professional service via telephone, and WhatsApp .
Work closely with the team to meet service and operational targets.

Requirements

Matric Certificate – Mandatory.
Knowledge and understanding of mandates – Mandatory.
Previous customer service, financial services, lending or administration experience is advantageous.
Good communication and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Professional, reliable and customer-focused.

Availability

Must be available to start immediately.
