Service Delivery Coordinator

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for site surveys, installations, service callouts, and removals
• Plan technician routes to optimize service delivery
• Drive productivity and maintain high service quality to meet client expectations
• Keep tickets updated and job cards complete and accurate for all tasks
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and technicians for smooth operations
• Track daily appointment progress and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
• Escalate client concerns to senior staff for fast resolution
• Close tickets and job cards properly and check invoices for accuracy
• Produce and present detailed daily and weekly reports on appointment status and performance

What you'll need:

• Grade 12
• 2 to 3 years in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong planning, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and detail oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns
• Knowledge of company services and departments
• Self disciplined, motivated, and organized
• Background in the telecommunications industry
• Specialized certifications will be advantageous
