Job Description

Responsibilities: Ensure delivery meets customer expectations, adhering to SLAs and ensuring customer satisfaction through noise-free operations. Assess team performance against set standards, taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met. Identify and drive value beyond SLAs and contractual terms, uncovering transformation and value-sharing opportunities. Provide strategic leadership in relationship management and communication at all levels, coordinating multiple deadlines and creating cohesive teams. Oversee payroll processing service delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation, including Build to Gross, Pay processing, and reporting. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary functions (process & technology) to operationalize the entire Finance and Accounting operations lifecycle. Coach, mentor, and train the team while facilitating process standardization, simplification, and automation to improve operational efficiency.Qualifications
