Job Description
Service Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of agreed services to banking and capital markets clients, ensuring compliance with SLAs, OLAs, and contractual obligations. Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Incident and Problem Management: Monitor and manage escalated incidents and problems to minimize disruption to client operations; ensure timely resolution. Change and Release Coordination: Facilitate smooth implementation of changes and releases with minimal impact on business operations. Team Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams including IT support, infrastructure, application teams, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track service performance metrics and prepare regular reports for clients and internal leadership. Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance service delivery processes, reduce costs, and improve client satisfaction. Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure all service delivery activities comply with regulatory requirements, security policies, and industry standards relevant to banking and capital markets. Financial Management: Manage budgets related to service delivery and optimize resource allocation. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align services with evolving business needs. Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure contracted services meet quality and performance standards.Qualifications
