Service Manager

NTT VW Stellenbosch has a vacancy for a Service Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the service department.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee booking function and correct balance of work booked
- Assign jobcards to technicians
- Review of warranty processes and closing of DISS's
- Quality control and testing of vehicles
- Oversee timeous and accurate costing of jobcards
- Daily monitoring of WIP
- Daily monitoring of SOG
- Daily monitoring of cash outstanding
- Weekly monitoring of warranty age analysis

* Manager to ensure that all workshop processes adhere to all manufacturer requirements at all times.

Requirements:

- Technical qualification
- Previous experience in VW and/or as service manager will be beneficial
- Good communication skills
- Ability to independently identify and address issues arising in workshop department
- High level of computer proficiency

- Matric
- Valid driver's license
- Clear criminal record
