Support and enable the end-to-end delivery of SG&A (Sales, General and Administration) and Executive recruitment across Expleo Group.
This role combines operational excellence with strategic exposures supporting senior management and executive hiring through robust coordination, sourcing support, governance adherence, and stakeholder engagement.
You will work closely with the Executive Recruiting Lead and global stakeholders to ensure a high-quality, compliant, and efficient hiring process for critical, confidential and senior-level roles. Responsibilities: Executive & SG&A Recruitment Delivery* Support the full lifecycle of SG&A and executive hiring
- Partner with the Executive Recruiting Lead to deliver searches in line with global governance models
- Assist with sourcing and pipelining senior candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and market mapping techniques
- Maintain structured talent pipelines for critical and recurring leadership roles
Coordination & Stakeholder Management* Coordinate interview processes across multiple geographies and senior stakeholders
- Manage feedback loops, ensuring timely and high-quality input from hiring managers
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring professional and engaging experience
- Support communication between Hiring Managers, HR, and Executive stakeholders
Governance & Compliance (SG&A Model)* Ensure all SG&A hires follow the defined approval process (dual approval, ExCom governance)
- Maintain strict confidentiality for executive and sensitive hires
- Ensure all activity aligns with global policies, audit standards, and internal controls
Recruitment Operations & Administration* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within ATS
- Prepare, review, and manage recruitment documentation (interview packs, approvals, offers)
- Support onboarding administration for senior hires where required
- Contribute to reporting packs (weekly updates, KPIs, candidate pipelines)
Reporting, Data & Continuous Improvement* Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, stakeholder feedback)
- Support reporting for SG&A governance and executive hiring performance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and candidate experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation of global recruitment practices
Global TA Project Management & Support* Support the Executive Recruiting Lead and Global TA HOD with ad hoc TA Projects
- Prepare and review TA Projects slide decks when needed
- Coordinate and track the delivery of global TA projects across multiple regions.
- Organise and facilitate global TA project meetings, capturing actions and ensuring follow-through across workstreams
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of recurring learning initiatives, including LinkedIn Learning pathways, webinars, and virtual training sessions
Scope & Impact* Supports business-critical hiring across SG&A and leadership populations
- Contributes to global recruitment governance, quality standards, and consistency
- Plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and compliant executive hiring process
- Operates with increasing autonomy while collaborating within a global TA structure
Stakeholder Interaction* Executive Recruiting Lead & Global TA Leads
- Hiring Managers (Senior Management to Executive level)
- Country MDs and Global Function Heads
- HR Business Partners and Shared Services
- External candidates and executive talent pools
Essential skills:
- 2–4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to senior or executive hiring
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex, multi-step processes
- Strong communication skills across different levels of seniority
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Familiarity with governance-driven processes (e.g., approvals, audit compliance)
- Knowledge of best-shore or centralised delivery models
