We are currently recruiting a SHEQ Officer to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily O&M activities to ensure compliance with established SHEQ policies.
• Conduct regular safety walk-throughs, inspections, and assist in risk assessments.
• Deliver toolbox talks and participate in training sessions for new hires and subcontractors.
• Track and record incidents, help investigate root causes, and recommend basic corrective actions.
• Maintain SHEQ records, permits, and logs in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve typical safety concerns and suggest procedural improvements.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine safety questions from site staff.
• Monitor PPE usage and support the enforcement of safe work practices.
• Assist with emergency response plans and participate in safety drills.
• Contribute to pre-task planning meetings and encourage safe work behaviors.

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma required; technical certificate or associate degree in SHEQ or related field preferred.
• OHS certification required; First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Other safety-related training and certificates considered a plus.

Experience & Technical Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in SHEQ roles in construction or industrial settings.
• Practical knowledge of OHSA and site safety regulations.
• Experience conducting safety inspections and basic incident investigations.
• Use of safety documentation and reporting tools (Excel, Word; basic digital apps).
• Understanding of standard CSP practices and hazards.
