Location City of Ekurhuleni Remuneration R 517 488 to R 709 860 - Basic salary per annum (plus benefits) Assignment Type Permanent Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- SAESI Higher Diploma in Fire Technology, or IFE Level 3 Certificate or Completed 2nd year of National Diploma in Fire Technology or any Equivalent Service-Related Qualification
- SHE Manager
- Computer Proficiency on Windows Office program
- Valid EC Driver's License with PrDP
- Pump Driver/Operator
- TLB Operator
- Crane Operator
- 7 Years Experience in a Similar Environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of Fire Station facilities, fixed assets such as plant and machinery.
- Implement Auxiliary services Fire Stations and infrastructure activities in accordance with the Council policy and statutory requirements within a region.
- Adhere to governance and risk management processes in terms of legislation, policies and procedures.

- Develop a customer service excellence culture and care for other person's life and/or assets without favour and/or prejudice.
- Continuous assessment of own performance, professional interactions and ethical dealings with stakeholders/clients and co-workers.
