SUMMARY: Seeking a Shift Supervisor for a temporary position in Gauteng
POSITION INFO: Shift Supervisor Report to: Operations Type: Temporary PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To ensure the effective recruitment, daily operation, and on-site management of staff in accordance with customer requirements, company policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while maintaining compliance, accurate administration, and professional service delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruit TES labour as required Ensure medical exams and renewals Conduct disciplinary hearings Verify timesheets accuracy Adhere to compliance focal points Inspect PPE store Maintain office environment Uphold professional conduct MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Computer literacy 1 year TES experience Working knowledge of relevant laws Exposure to logistics Strong administration skills Driver's license Matric advantageous COMPETENCIES: Organizational and administrative skills Attention to detail Professional communication Ability to manage tasks under pressure Fairness and consistency in disciplinary matters Reliability and accountability Client-service orientation
