Location: Hemingways Mall, East London
Work Schedule: 6 days per week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with high-end clientele and a passion for luxury products. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a refined retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with a high standard of professionalism.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on exclusive perfume selections.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store presentation, ensuring displays reflect the luxury brand image.
- Assist with stock management and inventory control.
- Uphold Nomaad’s brand values and deliver a premium shopping experience.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury goods or high-end fashion/beauty.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with discerning customers.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Passion for perfumes and luxury products.
- Availability to work 6 days per week, including weekends.
