Job description

WE’RE HIRING: FLOOR MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and customer-focused Floor Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our luxury salon and retail floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily salon and retail floor operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead, motivate and support our team of Hair Stylists, Makeup Artists, Nail Technicians and Spa Therapists.
Deliver an exceptional, luxury customer experience and resolve client concerns professionally.
Drive retail, service and online sales while supporting the team in achieving monthly targets.
Manage stock, inventory, replenishment and stock accuracy.
Coordinate appointments, staff schedules and daily floor activities.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, visual merchandising and professionalism.
Monitor POS transactions, online orders and daily operational reporting.
Identify operational issues and ensure they are promptly addressed.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
A sales-driven mindset with strong upselling skills.
Experience in retail, salon, beauty, hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Experience with stock/inventory management and POS systems.
A professional appearance, attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence.
Flexibility to work weekends and Sundays as required.
