Short-Form Stream Content Video Editor (Full-Time | $4 to $8 an hour)

I'm looking for a full-time video editor to turn long-form content into entertaining short-form clips for U.S.-based audiences. We are hiring two people, and this role pays $4 to $8 an hour.

About the Role

This company is a content media company that produces business-to-consumer lifestyle and entertainment content, and they are looking to bring on a short-form video editor to help with clipping long-form videos into engaging social content.

You will identify strong moments, improve pacing, add captions, and create entertaining clips similar to content produced for American streamers.

Responsibilities

• Find entertaining moments within long-form videos.
• Edit clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Add captions, graphics, sound effects, and transitions.
• Improve pacing and retention throughout each clip.
• Organize completed edits and source files accurately.

Tools You Will Be Using

• Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing
• CapCut for short-form clip production
• Google Drive for file management
• Frame.io for video review
• Slack for team communication
