We are looking for a confident, professional and highly organised Showroom Ambassador to become the face of our Rustenburg showroom.

The Role

As the first point of contact, you will welcome clients, understand their requirements and create an outstanding first impression of the Viable brand.

You will also support our sales team by qualifying leads, managing appointments and ensuring every enquiry is followed up professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every showroom visitor professionally
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and capture accurate information
• Book design consultations
• Manage the showroom diary
• Answer telephone and WhatsApp enquiries
• Follow up on leads and quotations
• Keep the showroom clean, organised and presentation-ready
• Assist with social media content when required
• Support marketing events and promotions
• Maintain CRM and client records
• Coordinate refreshments and hospitality for clients
• Assist the sales team with administrative duties

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, retail or luxury sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Well spoken and professionally presented
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email and online systems
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 17:00

Alternate Saturdays:

08:00 - 13:00

Pay: R5 500,00 per month
