Showroom, Dispatch & Brand Driver Coordinator – Cape Town

A growing footwear business is looking for a reliable, energetic and customer-focused person to manage a small showroom in Cape Town.

This is a varied, hands-on position involving customer service, processing and dispatching online orders, stock control and driving a branded promotional footwear vehicle to events and marketing locations.

The successful candidate must be trustworthy, organised and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the footwear showroom.
• Welcome customers and assist them with selecting suitable styles and sizes.
• Process showroom sales and payments.
• Pick, check, pack and label online orders accurately.
• Arrange courier collections and monitor outgoing parcels.
• Assist with exchanges and returns.
• Receive, count and organise incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate stock quantities by style and size.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Keep the showroom and stockroom clean and organised.
• Drive the branded promotional footwear vehicle.
• Attend approved events, activations, gyms and marketing locations.
• Assist with setting up displays and promotional materials.
• Keep the promotional vehicle clean, secure and presentable.
• Complete basic administration using email, WhatsApp and online systems.
• Provide regular updates on sales, orders, stock and showroom activity.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid South African driver’s licence.
• Confident, careful and responsible driver.
• Previous retail, customer-service, dispatch, warehouse or stock-control experience.
• Basic computer, email and WhatsApp skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Reliable transport to and from the showroom.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to lift and move footwear boxes.
• Available for occasional weekend or event work.
• Contactable employment references.
• Clear criminal record.

Preferred Experience

• Footwear, clothing, sports retail or e-commerce experience.
• Online order processing and courier booking experience.
• Stock-control or point-of-sale system experience.
• Basic social media or content-creation skills.
• Experience driving a branded or promotional vehicle.

Working Details
