Job description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain / Procurement / Logistics / Inventory Management (essential)
- Syspro ERP experience (or similar ERP/MRP system)
- SA Citizen
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Meticulous
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the MRP systems are adhered to
- Ensure Min/Max Level change requirements are notified to the Cost Accountant
- Loading Purchase/SCT orders
- Expedite orders to ensure all spares are delivered to site
- Oversee the Storeman and/or Data Capturer
- Print picking slips for the repairs in the Service Centre
- Ensure that the picking slips are returned and captured in Syspro
- Loading, receipting and issuing service exchange items in Syspro
- Check all deliveries against the delivery note to ensure that all stock delivered is correct.
- Ensure receipts are processed and GIT account is clear
- Ensure Site Leader and Area Manager have updated reports when required
- Monthly stock takes
- Get clocking history monthly and compile the time sheets, send to the Site Leader to approve
- Filing of all documentation
- Load COD payment requests as required
- Signed POD/Invoice to Head Office
- Customer Purchase Order follow up as required
- Damage Claim Reports and Invoicing
