SITE FOREMAN – WESTERN CAPE

The Boys Property Solutions is looking for an experienced and dependable Site Foreman to manage construction, renovation, and property-improvement projects across the Western Cape.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily site operations.
• Coordinate labourers, skilled tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed correctly.
• Monitor workmanship, productivity and project progress.
• Read and work from building plans and specifications.
• Ensure materials, equipment and tools are available when required.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organisation and security.
• Enforce health and safety requirements.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.
• Identify problems early and assist with practical solutions.
• Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and staff.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within the allocated scope.

Minimum requirements:

• Previous experience managing construction sites.
• Good knowledge of general building and renovation work.
• Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Valid South African driver’s licence.
• Reliable transport to and from work.
• Ability to travel between sites in the Western Cape.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Contactable references.

Experience in residential construction, renovations, roofing, waterproofing, masonry, paving or property maintenance will be advantageous.
