SITE GENERAL MANAGER — LIFESTYLE HUB, MIDRAND (R8,000–R10,000 + growth)

A new premium lifestyle hub in Glen Austin, Midrand (hand car wash, salon, wellness lounge, food court) needs one exceptional General Manager to run the entire site.

This job is NOT for you if:

- You like sitting at a desk. You will be on your feet the whole day, every day.

- "More or less right" is good enough for you. We count everything, every day.

- You want weekends off. Weekends are our busiest days. You work 6 days including Saturday and Sunday, with a weekday off.

This job IS for you if:

- You have done daily cash-ups with your own hands and someone else checked your counts — and they balanced.

- You have run stock takes and chased a discrepancy until you found it.

- You notice the crooked picture frame in a room everyone else thinks is neat.

- You can supervise a small team firmly and fairly, and speak to customers like a brand ambassador.

- You are comfortable with technology: card machines/POS, WhatsApp Business, task apps, AI tools — or genuinely eager to learn fast.

The package: R8,000–R10,000 per month depending on evidence of experience, performance-linked growth as the site grows, and the chance to become the operations trainer for future sites if you prove yourself.
