Job description (preview)

Manages the daily operations on site. Ensures that work is carried out safely, on time and according to plan. Leads and coordinates the steel erection team. Gives clear instructions and supervises workmanship. Plans materials, equipment and labour on site. Resolves problems and reports progress to management. Maintains good housing, discipline and safety procedures. Willing to work overtime and Saturdays when projects require it.
