Your daily routine:
- Manage daily fuel and retail operations, inventory and pricing strategies
- Lead and motivate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
- Optimise sales and drive business growth
You need:
- Proven experience in fuel & retail operations management, 5-7 years non-negotiable
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety protocols
