Site Manager (Labour Broking) – East Rand

A reputable labour broking company is seeking a hands-on and highly organised Site Manager to oversee and manage multiple client sites within the East Rand.

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage operations on the ground, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure workforce efficiency across warehouse environments.

Salary: R12500 to R15000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple client sites
• Conduct daily job observations within warehouse environments
• Compile and submit daily operational reports
• Monitor and manage employee attendance and timesheets
• Ensure strict adherence to PPE and safety standards
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a safety-first culture
• Hold daily meetings with client warehouse managers
• Address operational challenges and ensure smooth site performance

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proven ability to compile accurate daily reports
• Previous experience in labour broking / warehouse / site supervision
• Valid driver’s licence
• Own reliable vehicle (essential)
• Willing and able to work extended hours, including weekends
• Willing to travel between sites daily across the East Rand
