Job description
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Site Supervisor Assistant to join our team and assist with the day-to-day operations at our client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Site Supervisor with daily site operations and activities.
Assist with managing and coordinating site staff.
Ensure employees follow company procedures, safety requirements and site rules.
Assist with monitoring staff attendance, timekeeping and productivity.
Assist with stock, equipment and material control.
Complete daily site inspections and ensure work is completed to the required standard.
Report any issues, delays, safety concerns or equipment problems to the Site Supervisor.
Assist with completing daily reports and other required documentation.
Maintain good communication with employees, management and clients.
Ensure the site is kept clean, organised and professional.
Stand in for the Site Supervisor when required.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric.
Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or site-based position will be advantageous.
Experience in mining, manufacturing, engineering or a similar environment will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Passport 360 experience and knowledge
Isometrix experience and knowledge in the workplace
Valid driver's license will be advantageous.
Must be willing to work according to client/site requirements.
Pay: R5 700,00 - R30 000,00 per month
