Job Title: Railway Infrastructure Professionals (Site Supervisor, Safety Officer, Flagmen)
Location: Gauteng RegionJob Type: Contract (3 Months)
About the Project
We are currently seeking experienced railway professionals to join our team for an upcoming 3-month contract project in the Gauteng Region. The project focuses on the surface preparation, painting, and stencilling of railway mast poles. We are hiring for multiple key positions to ensure the safe and compliant execution of these works.
Position 1: Site Supervisor
Role Requirements:
- Must possess a relevant technical qualification.
- A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience specifically in railway infrastructure, maintenance, painting, or similar projects.
- Ability to manage site operations and ensure work meets strict technical specifications.
Position 2: Construction Health and Safety Officer
Role Requirements:
- Must possess a recognized Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of industry experience working as a health and safety officer.
- Must be currently registered with the SACPCMP.
- Deep understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 and applicable Construction Regulations.
Position 3: Qualified Flagman (Multiple Vacancies)
Role Requirements:
- Must hold valid railway training certificates.
- Must have proven, hands-on railway experience.
- High level of vigilance to ensure the safety of the team on occupied track sections.
