Job description

Site Supervisor: Fuel Service Station Pretoria East

Job purpose:

Is responsible for executing and managing daily operations across all service station functions, including the forecourt, convenience store, add-on services, and Quick Service Restaurants.

Background:

The Site Supervisor’s focus is to ensure operational efficiency, meeting departmental targets, and upholding brand standards through hands-on management, direct execution, and effective implementation of operational tasks.

Requirements:

· South African Citizen

· Code 8 Drivers License

· Own Vehicle and willing to travel

· Previous employment at Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Shoprite, OK or Checkers will be advantageous

· Previous employment in the fuel industry will be advantageous (Astron Energy, Sasol, BP, Total, Engen, Shell)

· Must be able to interpret site performance and identify areas for improvement

· Labour relations knowledge and skills

· Willing to work extra hours to get the job done with no additional overtime remuneration

· Self-starter with proven high levels of initiative

· High emotional intelligence
