What you will enjoy doing

• As Site Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising the SHEQ processes in the inventory and production team of the Site to achieve safety targets, building commitment to sustain improvements in SHEQ and champion safety initiatives
• You effectively supervising the inventory and production team in a manner that meets all company HR standards, including assisting with the recruitment and induction of new employees
• Professionally, you manage that appropriate actions are implemented to address driver feedback, all TRO and Engineering Audit findings, outcomes from accidents and near miss investigation
• Assisting in the preparation of the inventory and production budget for the site and monitor achievement of the key cost performance indicators is part of you daily responsibilities
• As you supervise the production activities of the site, and company standards in respect of product quality, you establish and maintain effective communication systems with employees, customers and suppliers
• You actively participate in risk assessments on customer sites and driver routes, to ensure all necessary actions are taken to maintain and retain an ISO9001 certification

What makes you great

• You hold a Diploma in technical qualification or equivalent with 4 - 6 years' experience in a relevant management position in a production environment or filling/compresses gases experience
• You have strong people management, leadership and interpersonal skills are required
