We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and high-energy Site Supervisor to lead from the floor at our Menlyn site!

What You’ll Do

• Drive the Culture of Fun: Lead from the front, inspiring active play, contagious energy, and unforgettable experiences for kids, teens, and families.
• Anchor Safety & Operations: Oversee active floor supervision, enforce park rules strictly, and ensure daily equipment and play zone safety checks are rigorously completed.
• Lead & Mentor the Crew: Guide, coach, and support our floor crew and party hosts to deliver their best performance every shift.
• Elevate Guest Experience: Confidently manage peak-hour energy, birthday parties, group bookings, and guest feedback with calm professionalism.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in leisure, fitness, hospitality, entertainment, or active retail.
• High Energy & Floor Presence: Passionate about active play and thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume floor environment.
• Safety First Mindset: Detail-oriented regarding guest safety, operational compliance, and equipment checks.
• Certifications: Valid Level 3 First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to your start date).
• Requirements: Based in or able to transition to Menlyn, with reliable transport for weekend peaks, public holidays, and shift work.
