Job description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Car Wash Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our car wash facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business.
Please note that this position requires a high level of commitment and operational involvement. The successful candidate will be required to work six days per week and will receive one day off per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of car wash attendants and cleaners.
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to company quality standards.
- Monitor employee performance and provide training, guidance, and support where required.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and productivity.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and report the need for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure the car wash facility is kept clean, organised, and presentable.
- Assist with vehicle cleaning and detailing when required.
