About Us:
We’re a customer-focused, quality-driven café dedicated to great coffee and an exceptional guest experience. Our team is passionate, friendly, and committed to crafting every cup with care. We’re looking for a skilled barista to join our crew and bring their expertise—and personality—to the bar.
What You’ll Do
- Craft high-quality espresso beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Provide welcoming, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace and uphold café standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment
- Assist with opening/closing duties, inventory, and restocking
- Contribute positively to the team and café atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years barista experience in specialty or high-volume cafés
- Strong espresso skills, latte art ability, and solid coffee knowledge
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work weekends and early/late shifts
- A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
