Job description

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in maintenance and construction work
Ability to work with HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
Knowledge of roof installations and repairs (including roof vans)
Valid driver’s license (essential)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across various projects
Assist with construction, installation, and finishing work
Operate and maintain HVAC systems efficiently
Handle roofing tasks, including inspections, repairs, and installations
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
