Job description
Location City of Ekurhuleni Remuneration R 935,472.00 to R 1,283,292.00 - Basic salary per annum (plus benefits) Assignment Type Permanent Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant B-Degree in Finance or Administration
- Computer literacy
- Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Driver's Licence Code B
- 3- 5 Years' Experience
- Post Graduation Degree/NQF 8 or Equivalent Qualification in Administration will serve as an Advantage.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial and human resources functions of the Licensing and Testing stations.
- Adhere to prescribed procedures of financial and human resources systems and procedures.
- Plan and control regular compliance audits at the MVRA, DLTC and VTS and submit reports
- Manage the TAS9 reconciliation process of the stations to ensure compliance
- Manage logistics of the division
- Facilitate meetings with Finance department and managers
- Manage financial and human resources functions of the division
- Establish cooperative partnerships with multi-sectorial role players.

The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance contract as per Council resolution.
