Snr Specialist: Departmental Risk RSWD - RSWD20629

Location City of Ekurhuleni Remuneration R 793, 320.00 to R 1 088, 268.00 - Basic salary per annum (plus benefits) Assignment Type Permanent Minimum Requirements:

• B Com Audit/ Accounting
• Driver's Licence
• 2 years' experience in risk management including Project risk

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement risk reduction programs by identifying, analysing risk and maintaining risk registers.
• Properly identify and assess all risks that the Roads and Stormwater department is exposed to.
• Ensure that all new projects risk exposures are quantified, documented and communicated.
• Ensure that departmental risk management is effective and within acceptable level.
• Facilitate divisional integration where risk exposure and mitigation responsibilities overlap between divisions
• Manage the implementation of risk mitigation factors and compliance thereof and ensure that exposures are mitigated and nonconformance is reported.
• Provide monthly risk dashboards to the relevant Senior Management highlighting key risk issues and mitigation factors
