Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and advertising plans across online, offline, and multi-channel platforms.

· Manage marketing budgets and costs, evaluate campaign and advertising ROI, and continuously optimize marketing performance.

· Plan and execute various marketing events, including shopping mall exhibitions, motor festivals, sporting events, CSR initiatives, and campus activations. Oversee venue selection, lease negotiations, exhibition booth design, and event execution.

· Establish and manage the company's live-streaming ecosystem, including team setup, host recruitment, KOL/influencer partnerships, livestream planning, process management, and target achievement.

·Manage digital and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

· Develop content strategies and paid media campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead conversion.

· Build and maintain relationships with media partners.

· Coordinate press releases, media interviews, and publicity activities, while identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities for sporting events, CSR programmes, and educational initiatives to enhance brand reputation.

· Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 -3 years' marketing experience, preferably within the automotive industry.

· Proven experience in planning and delivering large-scale marketing campaigns and events, with the ability to independently manage external resources and project execution.

· Strong knowledge of livestream operations, social media marketing, and digital marketing strategies, with a good understanding of South African consumer behaviour.

· Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful campaign delivery and sales conversion.

Pay: From R30 000,00 per month
