Social Media Creative (Remote)

Role Overview

The Creative is responsible for visual execution, and brings campaigns to life through design, video, motion, and brand-consistent visuals, working from briefs.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Content Creation

Design branded assets using preferred software:

• Social media posts
• Email graphics
• Property visuals – Adobe Photoshop experience required
• Campaign graphics
• Maintain strict brand consistency: Colours, Fonts, Logos, Layouts

Video Editing & Reels (Primary Focus)

• Create: Property reels, Video walkthroughs, Highlight clips, Campaign videos
• Use: CapCut, Canva, HeyGen (where applicable), Adobe Suite
• Add: Overlay text, Hooks, Music (aligned with brand preferences)
• Optimise videos for: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn

Property Launch Creative

• Produce all visual assets for property onboarding: Reels, Images, Promotional graphics
• Prepare assets for: Soft launch, Full portal launch

Email Design Support

• Create supporting visuals for email campaigns: Property images, Banners, CTA graphics
• Optimise for desktop and mobile display

Social Media Asset Production

• Design content for: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Follow content briefs and captions
• Prepare assets for scheduling via SocialPilot or Meta

Blog & Content Visuals

• Edit blog images: Resize, Brand, Optimise for web
• Support SEO visuals where required

Asset Management

• Upload and organise assets in: Microsoft Teams / OneDrive, Canva folders
• Maintain clean, accessible asset libraries per brand

Essential experience and skills required:

• Previous experience in Creative Design & Video Editing (with Estate Agency experience or similar)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite experience
• Design experience: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Well-presented and well-spoken
• Driven, ambitious and self-motivated

Hardware Requirements:

• Own computer or laptop.
• ADSL/ FIBRE internet line.
• Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
• Anti-virus installed.
• UPS/Back-up Battery for load shedding - NON-NEGOTIABLE

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday (between 9am to 6pm) UK Time.
• Additional Saturdays.
