We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands digital marketing trends, and can develop and execute high-impact social media strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Plan and manage content calendars.
Design or coordinate the creation of graphics, videos, and other digital assets.
Manage paid social media campaigns and optimise performance.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and grow online communities.
Track campaign performance and provide monthly analytics and insights.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support business campaigns.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years' experience managing business social media accounts.
Proven experience creating engaging content and growing online audiences.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, and scheduling platforms.
Knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimisation.
Basic photography and video editing skills will be advantageous.
Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
