Social Media Manager – UK Women's Fitness Brand

UK-based online fitness coach specialising in women with PCOS and IBS. My brand is growing and I need a talented, proactive Social Media Manager to take ownership of my Instagram content. From raw footage to published post.

You'll have access to my camera roll. Your job is to turn that footage into scroll-stopping content - reels, carousels, stories, b-roll clips, text-on-screen videos and manage the posting schedule. I approve everything before it goes live, but beyond that, I want you to own this completely.

This is a long-term role for someone who genuinely gets women's wellness content and knows how to make short-form video perform. Room for promotion.

What You'll Do:

• Access my camera roll (via shared Google Photos or similar) and pull usable content weekly
• Edit reels, create carousels, design stories and b-roll clips for Instagram
• Write captions that match my brand voice (educational, real, no fluff)
• Send content to me for approval before scheduling
• Manage the posting schedule - minimum 1 post per day, working toward 2x daily.
• Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and content styles relevant to women's health and fitness

What I'm Looking for:

• Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Experience managing Instagram accounts, ideally in fitness, wellness, or women's health
• An eye for content that stops the scroll - you understand hooks, pacing, and what makes people save and share including my voice and image.
• Reliable, communicative, and able to work independently without hand-holding
• Comfortable working with a personal brand you'll be representing a real person, not a faceless company
• Based in South Africa with strong English communication
