Social media & Website Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, proactive Social Media & Website Coordinator to take ownership of our online presence and brand visibility. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing our social media content, capturing site/fleet media, and building and maintaining our company website to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar across Social platforms and WhatsApp Business. Visit branches and project sites to capture photos and short videos of lifts, mobilisations, new fleet additions, and team members.
• Design branded posts, flyers, and job adverts using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Maintain company websites and profiles. Monitor comments, messages, and reviews daily, responding promptly and providing sales enquiries to the Director and Operations Manager the same day. Escalate complaints or sensitive matters immediately without responding unapproved
• Design and publish job adverts across digital channels to support HR and employer branding efforts.
• Submit a monthly performance report tracking followers, reach, engagement, enquiries generated, and top-performing posts. Recommend improvements and manage approved paid boosts or campaigns within budget. Use Excel and OneDrive for reporting and media management.

Key Requirements:

• 3 years’ proven track record in social media management and website development/maintenance.
• Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, Google Business Profile management, and social media analytics.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills with a knack for storytelling and technical copy.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative to capture content, and keep digital assets current.
• Industry Experience in crane hire, plant hire, or industrial equipment is a strong plus.
• Valid driver’s license for visiting project sites and branches.
