This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the design and delivery of innovative web applications, influencing technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices across the development lifecycle. You'll work in a collaborative Agile environment where innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Development

• Architect and design complex web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop and implement robust and efficient solutions using technical expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect user experiences.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, leveraging problem-solving and analytical skills.

Technical Contribution & Mentorship

• Mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback and enforcing coding standards.
• Share knowledge and expertise through technical discussions and presentations.
• Participate in technical discussions and decision-making processes.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to drive efficient delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Take ownership of complex features and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Adhere to software development best practices, including Test-Driven Development and unit/integration testing.

Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution

• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
• Provide timely and accurate status updates to leads and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay up to date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Continuously improve technical skills through self-learning and training.
• Experiment with new technologies and approaches to drive innovation.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience with React and Node.js
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Git and GitFlow
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and software development best practices
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing
