Software Implementation Consultant

Our organization is looking for an Implementation Consultant to assist our clients with the implementation of our variety of GRC software solutions. You will help set up, configure, and deploy and drive unparalleled client satisfaction. In addition to a bachelor's degree and software implementation experience, applicants should have the communication skills to communicate effectively with company leaders and provide end-user training or technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Configuration Expertise: Configuring our software application to meet their unique requirements and specifications.
Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions, empowering users to utilise the software's capabilities effectively. Guide clients in leveraging reporting and analytics tools to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
Documentation and Communication: Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and customisations, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the implementation process. Consistently communicate with internal and external stakeholders, informing them of new releases, features, and functionalities.
Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring timely work delivery and issue resolution. Identify and communicate innovations or knowledge that enhance our services and offerings.
Risk Management: Demonstrate a keen eye for identifying risks and issues, proactively mitigating potential roadblocks to project success. Uphold high productivity standards, delivering work within agreed time frames while completing all administrative tasks efficiently
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Software implementation and deployment experience
- Consulting experience
- Project planning or management experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with a variety of standard business tools, including database, customer relationship management, and ERP software
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Training/facilitation experience (desirable requirement)
- Experience with any GRC software would be beneficial
