Software Support Engineer

We are seeking a versatile Software Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual who possesses a solid foundation in traditional software development alongside hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (such as SharePoint, Nintex, K2, etc.). The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of both business-critical corporate applications and automated workflow solutions.

Responsibility:

• Application & Workflow Support: Provide high-quality technical support and maintenance for existing traditional software systems and low-code automated workflows.
• Remote & On-Site Assistance: Deliver efficient remote and on-site support to minimize operational downtime and maintain the high availability of production systems.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software bugs, system bottlenecks, data synchronization errors, and workflow failures.
• Analysis & Process Optimization: Analyze existing procedures, source code, and automated processes to implement continuous improvements and optimize efficiency.
• Deployment & Code Migration: Safely manage and coordinate code migrations, software updates, and workflow deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Act as a reliable technical liaison, interacting closely with corporate clients, external service delivery leads, and internal engineering teams to clarify specifications and resolve escalations.

Basic Qualification:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Software Development, or a closely related field.
• Technical Experience: Proven experience in traditional programming languages, application support, and standard software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Low-Code Competency: Hands-on experience developing, configuring, managing, and supporting low-code/no-code business applications or workflow tools (e.g., SharePoint workflows, Nintex, K2, or Power Platform).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills, with a focus on professional client relations.
• Logistics & Availability: Own reliable transport/vehicle is highly advantageous due to the requirement for shift rotations and occasional on-site support visits.
