Solution Architecture Associate Director

Lead the development and delivery of differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform.

Lead the development of innovative solution architectures that address complex client challenges, and facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Define architectural roadmaps for systems and business services, and document standards and guidelines to direct solution delivery, ensuring the finished product conforms to architectural principles.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Effectively describe solutions using industry-standard modelling notations, and contribute to practice development through thought leadership and development of innovative services and offerings.

At least 20 years of experience in Solution Planning, Costing, and Pricing, along with significant managerial experience.

Deep subject matter expertise with strong influencing and advisory skills; responsible for team decisions.

Excellent working knowledge of design patterns and modelling notations such as ArchiMate, UML, and BPMN, as well as good knowledge of integration techniques, architecture patterns, and non-functional drivers.

Experience leading development teams from a design and technical basis, with quality assurance skills to assess the completeness of deliverables, and knowledge of both traditional and agile delivery methods.

Strong educational background in Solution Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and relevant architecture certifications.

Proficiency in leveraging AI and modern tooling to create innovative and efficient solution architectures.
