Sorbet Van Riebeeckshof seeks to employ a Part time Front Desk Co Ordinator
Basic Requirements
- Work well in a team, and be able to function under potentially busy and stressful situations.
- Have previous Beauty Salon/ Retail experience, as well as a clean record of honesty and professionalism.
- Computer literacy
- Punctual
- Able to function well under pressure
- Basic math’s skills
- Motivated, passionate and customer focused,
Strong attention to detail,
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise.
Punctual, reliable and self-motivated,
Team player
Problem solver and a good communicator
Must be organized and willing to learn
Bilingual will be an advantage
MS Office (especially Excel and MS Word), Internet, e-mail
Responsibilities
· Attend to all reception duties including managing incoming calls, greeting clients and front desk management,
· General office administration,
Take up other duties as assigned (assisting internal staff where possible, schedules etc.)
· Candidate would work on a shift system. Candidate would be required to work 2-3 days per week. (must be willing to work weekends)
